👤 ประวัติและอาการเบื้องต้น (Subjective)

  • ปวดตึงคออย่างหนัก จนไม่สามารถหันคอได้

  • ปวดร้าวลงไหล่ซ้าย ลามลงสะบักและต้นแขนอย่างรุนแรง จนแทบนอนไม่ได้

  • คนไข้มีประวัติปวดคอเรื้อรังมานานกว่า 10 ปี

  • อาการปวดร้าวลงไหล่และต้นแขนรุนแรงแบบเฉียบพลัน เพิ่งเป็นมาประมาณ 2 อาทิตย์ก่อนเข้ารับการรักษา

📈 ผลลัพธ์หลังการรักษาครั้งที่ 6 คนไข้รายงานว่า อาการโดยรวม ดีขึ้นกว่า 80-90% สามารถกลับมานอนหลับได้ตามปกติ และจากการตรวจประเมิน การเคลื่อนไหวของคอกลับมาอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติทุกองศา

👤 Initial Symptoms & History (Subjective)

  • Severe neck stiffness with a complete inability to rotate the neck.

  • Intense, radiating pain down the left shoulder, shoulder blade, and upper arm, causing severe sleep disruption.

  • The patient had been suffering from chronic neck pain for over 10 years.

  • The severe radiating pain down the shoulder and arm was an acute exacerbation that started approximately 2 weeks prior to his first visit.

📈 Results After the 6th Treatment Session The patient reported an 80-90% overall improvement. He regained the ability to sleep comfortably, and clinical assessments showed a return to a normal range of motion in the neck.

Note: Following the 6th session, the patient transitioned into a rehabilitation phase, receiving treatment at least once a week to ensure long-term recovery and prevent any recurrence.
